Residence Inn Dallas Las Colinas

The hotel was wonderful the only problem i have is with booking.com i have tried to reach you all for two days ibhavent been able to speak to anyone I did not use your booking for my room because for some unknown reason the payment was decline that you all submitted from the 3rd party i used so i had to pay out of pocket for the room total worth the rate I paid the staff was great never happen to me before so im planning to not use you all again to book a room

Staff was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable. Room was clean and clean exceeded our expectations for the price. Because we had a car the location was not as important to us.

arrived late and was accommodated as if i was on time. beyond pleased with the size and quality of the room. will surely stay here again if need be
